What can our pets teach us about life? This week, I've been taking notes from my feline friend, Harley, and let me tell you - there's a reason why it's called a cat nap! While I've learned so much from Harley over the years (like the importance of taking care of yourself, learning to trust, and enjoying the little things) this sweet boy is a constant reminder of just how important rest is.
Harley reminds me that it's okay to slow down and take a break. Of course, the hardest part is creating the space and time to do so, especially in the thick of our busyness. What I know for sure is that a lack of rest inevitably leads to stress, which can inevitably lead to burnout. So how do we take a page from Harley's playbook and learn to listen to our bodies?
