About Lori

I believe that everyone has the right to an authentic, inspired life.

Helping my clients unlock their purpose and passion drives all that I do. But it wasn’t always that way. Before leaving the corporate world to start my coaching practice, my self-worth was defined by a demanding career that no longer served me.

For nearly two decades I worked with Fortune 500 companies to recruit top-level talent, managing global recruiting teams responsible for critical hires that drove long-term success and innovation. I loved helping the groups I worked with to achieve meaningful growth, but years of 60+ hour work weeks and constant travel left me feeling burnt out, physically depleted, and detached from my own life’s calling.

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what you love. Because when you do what you love, the world will need it.”

— Howard Thurman

Choosing to live in authenticity and pursue my dream of professional coaching changed everything.

Today, I utilize Integral Coaching® techniques and the Enneagram to ignite personal and professional transformation in the individuals and teams I work with, giving them the space to dream big, set goals, and find the clarity they need to live more abundant lives.

My approach to Integral Coaching is comprehensive and intended to work with the whole person: head, heart, and body.

In addition to being a Certified Integral Coach® from New Ventures West, I hold the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. I am an Integrated Enneagram Accredited Practitioner through iEQ9’s Integrative Enneagram Solutions and a trained Positive Intelligence Coach.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and planning my next big adventure.

I live in the Seattle area with my husband and our cats, Harley and Elvis. I love exploring all that the West Coast has to offer on my Harley Davidson.

Let’s banish burnout together.
