How I coach

I believe you can be wildly successful as well as balanced and happy.

It is an honor to support my clients on their journeys to authenticity. My coaching programs provide my clients with the tools to achieve long-term excellence, self-correction, and self-generation. Each program is designed around a specific set of intended outcomes unique to each client’s needs.

My Services

  • Coaching

An integral approach to coaching works with the whole person: head, heart, and body. I use a combination of integral coaching methods as well as the Enneagram in my work with clients.

  • Workshops & Speaking

I offer a variety of workshops for groups as well as professional organizations hoping to deepen connections with each other and share inspiration, support, and encouragement.

  • Women's Retreats

Now more than ever it is vital we give ourselves time to reflect, renew, and step into our authentic selves with wholehearted clarity. My women’s retreats inspire, support, and fuel lasting change.

“A year from now you will wish you had started today.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Integral Coaching® is a powerful way of supporting whole person development – head, heart, and body. It is an ongoing, evolving methodology intended to be the most comprehensive response to human life. Integral coaching meets a person exactly where they are in their life.

We include all domains of your life, individual experience, body & behavior, culture & relationship, and environment. This ensures achieving comprehensive solutions to their issues and objectives of coaching. It is a way of coaching that feels doable for my clients and provides long-term impact in order to experience richer, longer-lasting growth and development.

  • The Enneagram is a powerful personality system of nine distinct types used for personal and professional development. It does not box people in, rather it provides insight into how you think, feel, and behave in the world. The Enneagram provides a deeper look at our core motivations through the exploration of layers of personality. An important tool for developing both emotional and social intelligence, the Enneagram can help us to better understand human nature, consciousness, and each other.

  • The World Health Organization defines burnout as "a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed."

In the context of the workplace, burnout is characterized by: Feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion, increased mental distance from one’s job (or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job), and reduced professional efficacy.

But burnout doesn’t end there! Burnout can happen to anyone, including parents, caregivers, and those living with disabilities or chronic illnesses. The stress cycle of burnout negatively impacts humans physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

  • Anyone can call themselves a coach. ICF-credentialed coaches are professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession.

In addition, ICF-credentialed coaches adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers. ICF credentialed coaches have not only received professional training, but they have also achieved a designated number of experience hours and have been coached by a mentor coach.

Certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) is extremely important when considering which coach to hire. It means the coach:

    • Has received professional training from program specifically designed to teach coaching skills in alignment with the ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics;

    • Has demonstrated a proficient understanding and use of the coaching competencies as outlined by the ICF

    • Is accountable to the ethics and standards set forth by the ICF.

  • Therapy is about uncovering & recovering. It can often be focused on the past and discovering trauma. Coaching is all about discovering. It’s about asking questions and allowing you to come up with your own answers, that are deep inside you, to be able to uncover and discover your own truth and take action. My approach to coaching focuses on human development and declares the client as the “expert” in the partnership and as being naturally resourceful.

  • Many of my clients start noticing shifts within the first month. Honestly, it depends on how much work there is to do and whether or not you are fully and actively engaging with the personalized coaching program I create for you at the beginning of our work together. The key to your own breakthroughs is what you do when you become uncertain, confused, afraid, scared, and unsettled. Are you learning or judging? Are you taking responsibility or blaming? Are you ignoring or exaggerating?

Let’s banish burnout together.
