This week I'm returning to journaling as a self-care practice. Daily writing is a powerful tool for articulating our dreams, goals, and what we're moving through. Starting small and making it a daily practice, like meditation, can make a huge difference in our mental health. It's even been scientifically proven!
There's no pressure to start a memoir or write the first chapter of your novel. Even jotting down a few sentences every morning or evening can help us pause and tap into our needs and desires.
