When we find ourselves in the throes of worry it’s common to feel trapped and overwhelmed. Have you ever found yourself anxiously envisioning the week ahead? Our brains are capable of vivid imagination. Let’s use that to our advantage! Developing clear goals and visualizing ourselves living those goals to the fullest can be a powerful tool.

Exercise: Imagine you live in a world where fear and anxiety do not exist. Make a list of five things you could achieve through leading a life without fear.
