You are powerful. You are strong. You are healthy. You are well.

Hi friends,

This week I'm revisiting a powerful practice that continues to center me as I move through the year. Read on for inspiration and words of wisdom from some of my favorite teachers.

Do you have a mantra? An intention that helps remind you of your purpose and brings you back to yourself? I have been chanting a mantra that came out of my weekly women's meditation and healing circle led by my Spiritual Life Coach MaSanda LaRa Gadd: "I am powerful, I am strong, I am healthy, I am well."

This mantra reminds me that I am capable of healing and growth, vital elements of self-acceptance and authenticity. It's so easy to get lost in the day-to-day that we frequently forget how to honor our essential selves. A friend recently shared the quote below and it reminded me that boundaries can be a lot like mantras.

A boundary is not something we have to shout loudly or publically proclaim. At its core, a boundary is an act of being true to ourselves. Setting and keeping boundaries takes practice and commitment, just like meditation and mindfulness. Most importantly, it requires self-love.

How are you setting and upholding boundaries this week? Hit reply to respond and I'll see you back here next Sunday.
