Rest your mind. Calm your heart.

Hi friends, 

In a week that has felt heavy and heartbreaking, I'm here to encourage you to pause and rest. A heart that's always listening and a mind that's always running get tired quickly. Giving yourself permission to rest and regenerate is essential.
