Exercise: Reconnecting with Your Authentic Self

This mindful moment takes less than two minutes and is perfect for creating a calm space in which to set intentions for the day. Re-engaging with our prefrontal cortex (the logic center of the brain) helps us access our own inner wisdom, awareness, and creativity.
