Difficult Roads Lead to Beautiful Destinations

There's a classic Zig Zigler quote that I return to time and again when I find myself stuck in the muck: "difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations." While we may understand the concept, when we're tired, frustrated, and keeping our heads down during the day-to-day slog, it can feel almost impossible (and sometimes infuriating!) to try and see "the bright side."

But here's a tip: Sometimes the way forward is all about messy, imperfect action.

If the road ahead looks challenging this week, remember that rough routes can help illuminate our true life's path. Ask yourself what's weighing you down. Can you leave it by the roadside? Who are your favorite hiking partners that you can always trust to help make the trek a little easier? Together, let's find our footing and forge ahead.
