How I refill my tank to keep giving back
Hi friends,
I want to take a moment and share what I'm up to this weekend, in hopes of leading by example and reminding you just how important and empowering self-care can be! I'm currently in Flathead Lake, Montana at a Meditation Healing Circle Spiritual Retreat led by MaSanda LaRaGadd, who described our intentions for the weekend beautifully:
"There are new creations that want to be born. Beauty that's yearning to be woven. New consciousness that's longing to be breathed into life. You are being called to surrender to these creations - to usher in a new era of consciousness and do your part in weaving the web of life."
We've been focused on creativity, loving ourselves fully, going deep, and being of support and presence. There have been wonderful activities from meditation to silent nature walks to painting tiles.
I've noticed my desire to be more intentional about getting out into nature and the true offering it holds for our souls. My cravings to keep digging deeper and giving back more in my work. Bringing in new and transformational processes into my coaching. I have felt seen, supported, raw and emotional, happy, elated, and calm. But most of all I have felt pure gratification!
I'll leave you all with a song and a simple practice to consider as we prepare for the week ahead:
Sit...Feast on your life...Reflect on it all and what is to become new and know this...YOU ARE DEEPLY LOVED.
