What do you do when you feel overwhelmed and stuck? Sometimes it's all about shifting your perspective while honoring your goals and feelings. Read on for tips and prompts for getting unstuck and taking action.

Feeling stuck? Four Small Steps Towards Big Change

1. Ask questions

Take a moment to revisit your goals and ask why you're feeling overwhelmed. What outcomes are you searching for? What do you really want?

2. Identify your options

What resources do you have to accomplish your goals? How can you call on your support system? Talk to yourself like your best friend: what advice would you give them? 

3. Take action

What is the smallest step? What is the first step? What three actions can you take this week towards your goals? 

4. Commit

It doesn't have to be a big resolution! We usually abandon those, anyway. Keep it simple and consistent. And always ask for help.
