How are you holding up? Somehow the Sunday Scaries feel even heavier when under a cloud of wildfire smoke. Today, I’m taking time to return to the resources I recommend again and again when folks find themselves feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by everything they have to do, but are still worried that they’re not doing enough.
