Checking in on World Mental Health Day

Hi friends,

As we observe World Mental Health Day today I'm sharing a simple but effective way to check in with yourself and recognize your needs. This can be done any time anywhere, but I find that it's especially useful as a journal prompt. Why not take ten minutes today to sit with these questions? You might be surprised by what you learn.

This is also a reminder to check in on your loved ones, especially those who might not always communicate their needs or put themselves first. We all deserve to feel loved, protected, and cared for and sometimes a simple conversation with a friend can make all the difference.

How are you honoring your mental health today? Hit reply to respond and I'll see you back here next week.
