What's really guiding your next move?

Have you ever caught yourself making a decision purely out of fear? Maybe you stayed in a job that was slowly draining your soul because the thought of change felt terrifying. Or perhaps you've been putting off that bold project because "what if it fails?"

This week, I want to share how distinguishing between fear-based and love-based moves can transform our relationship with our choices, especially when decisions feel paralyzing.

FEAR MOVES ARE...

  • Reactive and rushed

  • Based on "what if everything goes wrong?"

  • Focused on avoiding pain rather than creating joy

  • Usually accompanied by that tight feeling in your chest

LOVE MOVES ARE...

  • Intentional and aligned

  • Rooted in "what could this create?"

  • Focused on growth and possibility

  • Accompanied by excitement (even if there's some nervous energy)

This week's challenge: Before making any significant decision, pause and ask yourself: "Am I moving from fear or from love?" Notice how your body feels when you consider each option. Wisdom is often hidden in your physical reaction.
