Getting Smart About Burnout

Hi friends,

I love the work of authors and researchers Liz Fosslien and Mollie West Duffy (if you haven't seen Liz's funny and insightful illustrations on Instagram you're missing out!). In a recent article for The Muse, they detail their top tips for identifying and preventing burnout.

Look familiar? When we're able to recognize the early warning signs of burnout, we're able to better prevent it, gain self-awareness, draw clear boundaries, and achieve balance in our personal and professional lives. While we're often quick to silence these alarm bells, you can be sure they'll return louder and louder until we listen.

Read more over on The Muse and I'll see you back here next Sunday.
