“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what you love. Because when you do what you love, the world will need it.”
I believe that everyone has the right to an authentic, inspired life. This belief is what led me to become a professional coach. Helping my clients unlock their purpose and passion drives all that I do. But it wasn’t always that way.
Before leaving the corporate world to start my coaching practice, my self-worth was defined by a demanding career that no longer served me. For nearly two decades I worked with Fortune 500 companies to recruit top-level talent, managing global recruiting teams responsible for critical hires that drove long-term success and innovation. I loved helping the groups I worked with to achieve meaningful growth, but years of 60+ hour work weeks and constant travel left me feeling burnt out, physically depleted, and detached from my own life’s calling. Choosing to live in authenticity and pursue my dream of professional coaching changed everything.
Today, I utilize integral coaching techniques and the Enneagram to ignite personal and professional transformation in the individuals and teams I work with, giving them the space to dream big, set goals, and find the clarity they need to live more abundant lives. My approach to integral coaching is comprehensive and intended to work with the whole person: head, heart, and body.
I am a Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West, a Certified Associate Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, and an Integrated Enneagram Accredited Practitioner through iEQ9’s Integrative Enneagram Solutions. It is an honor to provide my clients with the tools to achieve long-term excellence, self-correction, and self-generation.
I live in the Seattle area with my husband and our cat, Harley. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, planning my next big adventure, and exploring all that the West Coast has to offer on my Harley Davidson.
Let’s work together.
Are you ready to build a life grounded in authenticity, love, and self-discovery?
